THE MUSEUM.

To the 'Editor, Sm. —Tins institute is opened three days a week, between the hours of 1 and 4 p.m. Might I offer a suggestion that it be opened on one or more of these days between 12 and 3. My reason for so doing is this : Between the hour of 12 and 1 a great many have an hour to spend which might be employed there usefully. I would long ago have visited the Museum had it not been for the peculiar hours on which it is opened ; also knowing many others who have not yet seen it for the same reason. By the authorities paying attention to the above, they will be benefiting not only the Museum but also the community at large,— Yours, &c., E.W.W. Dunedin, August 7, 1872.
