Charles Ives, Christopher Columbus, John King, and Lawrence Greenwood, were discharged with a caution.
DRUNK AND DISORDERLY.
Henry Edio was fiaed 5s and John Brady 40a or seven days’.
RESISTING TUB POLICE
Edward J. Shaw, was fined 20s or 48 hoars’ for resisting the police.
RYE-LAW CA.SEhV
John Godison, allowing cattle to wander was fined 5s without costs ; Francis M'Grath driving a horse and cart across the footway in Great King street, and Robert Brown neglecting to clean his premises in Leigh street, were let off with a caution.
ASSAULT. The cases of James D. Hutton v. Daniel C. M‘Leod, and Henry Townend v. Edward Lyons wero dismissed for non-appearance.
