This Day. (Before A. C. Strode, Esq., E.M.) Civil Cases. Stead v. Erridge.—The 'defendant was required, under a fraud summons, to state why he had not satisfied a judgment of the Court. Mr Douglass, engineer superintending the steam dredge, said the defendant had only earned L 66 during 15 months. The decision was postponed to Friday. Power v. Isabella Murdoch.—Ls 10s 6d, of which L 3 18s Gd was the amount of a former judgment. Judgment by default. Foster v. Sweeney. —LI 11s Gd. for meals supplied. .Judgment by default for the amount with costs.
