This Day. (Before His Worship the Mayor.) DRUNKENNESS, William Cloas was fined ss; Henry Dickenson, 10s, or 48 hours’ imprisonment; Bridget Kane, 40s, or 14 days hard labor. OFFENCES AGAINST THE BYE-LAWS. Frank Townshend, allowing cattle to stray, 5s and costs; Thomas Everitt, similar offence, 10s and costs ; Charles Prouso, negleccing to keep a light burning on building material in Princes street, 5s and costs ; and D. Donald, furious driving, 20s and costs; Adam Oliver, driving horses without reins, discharged with a caution; Michael Gorman, driving round a street corner at other than a walking pace, 6s and costs. ASSAULT. In the case of Elizabeth George v. Margaret Hickey, the hearing was adjourned till to-morrow, the complainant not appearing.
