A Washiugton Telegram received via Sydney, states that the House Committee of Congress agreed to recommend a subsidy of half a million dollars for Webb’s line. Cromwell, May 16. The Heart of Oak washed up yesterday a crushing of 177 tons which yielded 330 ounces.
