This Day. (Before his Worship the Mayor and E, H, Lpary, Esq., J.P.) DRUNK AND DISORDERLY. The persons charged with this offence, and the penalties indicted, were—Janet Ter-

rier, an old offender, 40a or fourteen days’ imprisonment; John Davidson, 20s or three days; John O’Grady. 10s or 24 hours; Thomas Hughes, 5s or 24 hours ; John Wilson (with two aliases), 10s ; Alexander Pitfoot, for using obsence language, 20s or 48 hours. OFFENCES AGAINST THE TOWN AND COUNTRY POLICE ORDINANCE. WMiam Calvert, charged with neglecting ' o clean bis premises, was dismissed with a caution. James Gore, unlawfully adding to a certain building without giving notice to the City Council, was dismissed with a caution. Walter Palmer, for a similar offence* he having neglected to pay the fee, was lined 5s and costs. Wm. Darkness, allowing a horse to wand- r in King street, was dismissed. Wm. JK obertsou, a horse wandering, ds 6d and costs. Timothy Burn, a squatter on the Town Belt, for burying rubbish on it, 10s and costs ; and James Burn, for cutting down trees on the Belt, 10s and costs.
