IN BANKRUPTCY. This Day. (Before Edward Francis Ward, Esq., Registrar. ) The following cases were heard before the Registrar (acting for his Honor Judge Chapmah, absent froip the district). J'INAL EXAMINATIONS AND DISCHARGES, The final examinations of Joseph Martin, William Grant, David Hutchison Carey, John Duncan, and John Cooper were adjourned to the 27th May. Final examination and discharge were granted to Robert Martin Scott. Monday, the 27th May, wan appointed for the final examination of John Knox. ADJUDICATIONS. In the case of Isabella Murdoch, there being no appe trance, the petition for adjudication was struck out. Samuel Jackson was adjudged a bankrupt on his own petition, and toe first meeting of creditors fixed for 22nd May. George Price was also adjudicated a bankrupt, and the first meeting of creditors to take place at Naseby, the 22nd May, before the Resident Magistrate.
