IN BANKRUPTCY. This Day. (Before His Honor Mr Justice Chapman.) FINAL EXAMINATIONS. Pinal orders were granted to Daniel H. Campbell and Jacob S. Caro. The certificate of John Johnston was suspended for three months; while the applications of Joseph Martin and William Grant were adjourned till the 13th inst. Re Robert Merkiott.— This was a debtor’s petition for adjudication, which was granted, the first meeting of creditors being fixed for the 14cb inst. Re Wm. Jno Dyer.— Application to declare a deed of arrangement completely executed. Adjourned to the 20th inst. Re Jas. Gilham and George Jas, Cooper. —Appointment of trustee confirmed. Final examination fixed for the 27th inst.
