IN BANCO. April 17. (Before His Honor Mr Justice Chapman.) Driver and another v. Learmouth. —This was an application to have a rule nisi granted on the 28th of March and for costs on the application, Mr Maccasaey for the plaintiff. Therule was granted with costs. Proudfoot v. Bunbury ami others.—Mr Shapton applied for a rule nisi to prohibit certain proceedings in connection with the Port Chalmers Railway. Rule granted. Learmouth v. Bank of New Zeal an l . An application fora demurrer to the replication. His Honor decided that a demurrer must be allowed with costs, but that plaintiff might amend on the usual terms.
