YKSTJiKD.VV. The consideration of Brown and Turner’s application was postponed for report of the Road department. James Allan’s application for exclusive right to depasture cattle on certain sections at Otokia was declined, and it was resolved to offer the exclusive right of pasturage on the reserve at auction. Upset price, 6d an acre, the right of the licence holder to cut and remove timber not to be prejudiced. The Warden was requested to raport on the objections by J. Watt and J. Parker to thc salc of block G, section 1, Waoipri, applied for by Robert Valentine.
