A COMPLAINT.
To the Editor. Sir, —lt is rumored that the City Council are employing unmarried men, while many married men, who are tax-payers, are unable to obtain employment in town, and are thereby compelled to go to the country. If this be true, surely the citizens will see to it at the new election of councillors. By inserting the above you will greatly oblige. Married Mam. March 25, 1872.
