This Day, (Before his Worship the Mayor.) drunkenness. Gerald Murphy was fined 40s, or three days imprisonment; Thos. White, 40s, or fourteen days. OBSCENE LANGUAGE. Thomas White was fined LlO, or three months imprisonment. CONTEMPT. A charge of disobeying a summons preferred against Henry Pearce, was adjourned till to-morrow, THEFT. Michael Kelly was sentenced to a week’s imprisonment, for stealing a clock from the dwelling house of Isabella Murdoch. WIPE DESERTION. The charge of wife desertion preferred against Chas. Boulter, was withdrawn.
