Queenstown, February 27. The Town Clerk’s information against Mr T. L Shepherd, for using in Hhchardt’s reading room abusive language, calculated to provoke a breach of the peace, was dismissed, after lengthened hearing. The cause was a correspondent’s letter in the Crumwdl Ary us, Mr Hallensteiu’s meeting at the Arrow was highly successful. Mr Macassey was well received on the < iggings.
