THE VOLUNTEERS.
A match was liveil at the Anderson's Bay Butts this morning between the Artillery am! the Scottish Company, and, as will be seen by the scores which are appended, tcvminat id in a victory for the latter. The conditions of the match were—ranges, 200, 500 and (500 yards ; live shots at each ; nine men aside. The shooting at the last range was poor on both sides, and the Artillery may attribute their defeat to the fact that the team included some men who have not practised at the range for mouths : ARTILLERY.
