This Day, (Before A. 0. Strode, Esq., R.M.) Civil Cases. Hayes v. Donaldson. —LI 6s Sd.—Claim for grocery supplied. Judgment for plaintiff, with costs. Jack v. Hudson. —Case struck out, there b ing no appearance of plaintiff, Defendant applied for expenses for his witness and also for himself. Ll was allowed, Pring v. Matthews. —L2 10s, a claim for oue week’s wages, in lieu of notice. Judgment for the plaintiff, with costs. There were a number of cases for hearing to-day. of them had been settled and withdrawn before the opening of the Court.
