PRESBYTERIAN SYNOD.

At to-day’s sederunt, the following business was transacted. Stobo brought up the report of the Sanctioning of Charge Committee, which submitted the application of the Clutha Presbytery to create Waitahuna a separate charge if it thought fit, coupled Avith a recommendation by the committee that Glonore should be disjoined from Tokomaririo and added to the proposed n p w district. The Synod, hoAvevcr, only agreed to the proposal of the Clutha Presbytery. The Synod adjourned to this evening, when the First Church case will be taken UP- ■
