Mfseey (Town Clerk) v, Parke.—This was an application f.cjr the issue of a warrant for recovery of possession of property belonging to the City at Sawyer's Bay, Proof having been given to the satisfaction of the Court the bailiff had viewed the premises on two occasions, the application was granted. Barnett and another v. O’Sullivan. —L4l 17s Bd. Judgment by default for the plaintiff for the amount with costs.
