Tins Day. (Before His Worship the Mayor, and James Brown, Esq., J.P,) drunkenness. Ayeya, Annie Lockwood, and John B. Hobson, were cautioned and discharged. William Gilfoy, out on bail, on being called omittted to put iu an appearance, forfeited his bail, 40s.
CREATING A DISTURBANCE IN WALKER STREET. Harry Kelly, charged with the above offence, was fined 20s, in default 24 hours imprisonment. LARCENY. Thomas Strapter, charged with stealing 7s fid from the till of Shepperd’s Commercial Hotel, was discharged, the evidence adduced not bearing out the charge.
