Samson to a discharging berth at the port. The ship City of Dunedin, Captain Currie, with passengers and a general cargo from London, hove in sight at the Heads at 4 this morning, having made a smart passage, said to have only occupied 82 days from the Downs, The p.s Geelong proceeded to the Heads at noon, and towed the ship in on the afternoon’s flood. . The brig William Cundall, Captain Macfarlane, with a cargo of sugar, from the Mauritius, consigned to Messrs Dalgett.y, Nichols, and Co , arrived at the Heads last evening, and was this morning towed by the Geelong to a discharging berth at the Port.
