Oamaru : December29tli, 3 p.m., Wallace, from Dunedin. Annie Brown, from the Mauritius, arrived to-day with a {cargo of sugar, consigned to Messrs Neill and Co. The clipper ship Christian M'Ansland, commanded by Captain Tilly, formerly of the E, P. Bouverie, with 102 passengers and a general cargo of merchandise from Glasgow, was yesterday afternoon towed to an anchorage in Deborah Bay by the steam-tug Samson. Her passengers, who have been under the medical care of Dr Macqueen, have arrived in good health, and were with their luggage convoyed to Dunedin by the Golden Age this forenoon. Two deaths occurred on the passage —Air Robert Hamilton, % saloon passenger, from natural debility ; and Mrs Jane Wilson, a steerage passenger, from consumption. Two births also occurred—Mrs Steele having, on November 12th, given birth to a male, and Mrs Jeffrey on the 13th lost, to a female child. _ The Christian M'Ansland, after discharging cargo, is expected to load here for London.
