(from oreville's telegram company, eeuter’s agency.) Napier, December 22. Kereopa’s trial is over. The jury, after ten minutes absence, returned a verdict of guilty of murder. Sentence of death was pas;ed. Christchurch. Mr E. S. Harley will be umpire for Canterbury in the Intercolonial, Cricket Match, and Mr H. Cotterill scorer.
