MAYOR’S COURT.
This Day. (Before his Worship the Mayor and R. H. Leary, Fsq., J.F.) DRUNKENNESS, John Moore, for being drunk and orderly, was fined 10s, in default 48 hours hard labor, with a severe caution for exposing his person whilst in that state. Henry M'Cornell, being drunk whilst in charge of a horse and dray on the Port Chalmers road, near Dunedin, was fined 40s, or three days imprisonment with hard labor.
