This Day. (Before His Worship the Mayor and 11. H. Levy.) I. AJIC'KNY. Frederick Lloyd was committed for trial for stealing a gold watch at Nasehy, in August, IS7O, the proparty of Perry Jones. OBSCENE LANGUAGE. Robert Wade, and Charlotte Frederick alias Sydney Lizz, were fined for this offence, the former 20s, in default 48 hours’ hard labor ; and the latter, a notoriously bad character, L 5, or one calendar month’s hard labor, MINOR OFFENCE*. Robert Roberts, Michael Heads, Catherine Fitzsunion, and Edward Cochrane, werr each
lined 5s and costs, for allowing cattle to stray. Elizabeth Wilson was lined 5s and costs, for having a foul chimney; James Hyndman, for neglecting to clean his premises, was lined 5s and costs.
