This Day. (Before his Worship the Mayor and G. Brodie, Esq,, J.P.) DRUNKENNESS. David Tupper was fined 10s for drunkenness, and 10s for using obscene language in Walker street. OITENCES AGAINST. THE BYE-LAWS. Michael O’Donnell was fined 2s fid and costs for plying for hire iu Princes street while away from his stand ; James Tyre was fined 2s fid and costs for nut having a sufficient light no a* his building material; Alfred Law.re-. co was charged with lighting a fire in the open air with' ut giving the required notice—dismissed with a caution.
