The amount of revenue received at the Cus-tom-house on goods cleared for consumption to-day, was £771 Os Bd.
A large quantity of sugar ex Union, from Hong Kong, was sold by auction to-day at Messrs M'Landregs, Hepburn, and Co.’s rooms. The sugars were slightly out of condition through sweating, but free from other faults. There was a good attendance, and a spirited competition ensued. First whites fetched from L3O 15s to L 35 ; first yellows, from L2O to L 23 ss; and second yellows, from LlB to L2l.
