The application of William Breading was adjourned for a week. ADJUDICATIONS. Alex. M. Mill, r, Henry W. Nixon, William Mawling, and Fredk. IT. Evans, were adjudged bankrupts. In all the eases, exMawling’s, the meeting which is to be held at Naaeby on the 10th, the meetings of creditors were fixed for the 7th Nov. ■UISCKLLANROUS. Be John T. RiDi.tev. — The bankrupt waa examined by the provisional trustee, and it 'was elecited that he had received through the Bank of New South Wales a legacy under his father’s will amounting to L!) 5 odd, subsequent to receiving his dual discharge. This money he applied—part to the liquidation b£ debts, and the remainder to the purchase of a horse and cab. In answer to his Honor, bankrupt said herthonght lie could do what he liked with the money after he had received his discharge. His Honor informed him that by his action ho had rendered himself liable to be indicted for misdemeanor. It was understood that the trustee would take steps for the recovery of the horse and cab, which is now mortgaged.
