(from our own correspondent.) Wellington, October 39. Mr Sewell has resigned, and the hon. Mr Waterhouse has joined the Ministry in his place. A deputation of Otago men had an interview with Mr Gisborne to-day relative to the Tuapeka Railway. Consideration and further enquiry were promised.
