Wellington as under : For Northern Provinces of New Zealand, America, West Indies, the Continent of Europe, and United Kingdom, via San Francisco, at 10 a. m. Late letters with one additional single rate may be posted till 10.30 a. in. Newspapers at 8 a. m. Registered Letters and Money Orders tb* night previous at 5 p.m.
