This Day. (Before his Worshij) the Mayor.) DRUNKENNESS. Bigamy Young was charged with being drunk and disorderly in Rattray street. The constable who took him in charge said he was very violent and bit his hand. He was fined 10s, or forty-eight hours’ imprisonment. —James Patten and Peter Chalmers were each fined 5s. —John Page was charged with the above offence, but his Worship directed that he should be taken to the Hospital, as he was evidently suffering from delirium tremens, OFFENCE AGAINST THE BYE-LAWS. Andrew Scott was charged with unlawfully removing soil from the reserve near Hanover street. Adjourned till Monday.
