PARLIAMENT.
(from our own correspondent. ) Wellington, Oct, 12. Mr Macandrcw’s constitutional reform resolutions were rejected by 41 to 22. The Otago members voted—Ayes : Calder, Cantrelf, Haughton, Macandrew, M‘Lean, Murray, Reynolds, Shepherd, Steward, Webster, Thomson, Bathgate, and Bradshaw. Noes : M'Glashan, M’Gillivray, Mervyn, and Tairoa. Messrs Reid and Brown declined to vote. The Wellington Loan Bill was committed by a majority of two.
