This Day. (Before his Worship the Mayor.) CHARGE OF KEEPING A DISORDERLY HOUSE. William Hall, charged with this offence, was defended by Mr Harris, and the case ultimately adjourned te Friday. OTHER OFFENCES. Several other cases were called, and remands granted. OFFENCES AGAINST THE BYE LAWS. John Woodrew was fined 5s for driving two drays without having the horse of the hinder one attached by a sufficient rein to the leading dray. Frederick Thomson, for allowing water to drain from his premises on to the footpath in St. Andrew street, was adjourned to Friday.
