Judgment for the plaintiff with costs. Cook v. Beeves. —L 7 12s, balance of account for law charges. The amount of tlu account was LI2 12s, of which L“> was paid. The defendant pleaded not indebted for the reman der. Judgment tor the plaintiff for the amount v ith costs.
