IN BANKRUPTCY. This Day. (Before His Honor Mr Justice Chapman.) His Honor took his seat on the bench at ten o’clock. ADJUDICATIONS. Alexander Carr, Nathan Welham, and James Launcelot Day, were adjudged bankrupts ; first meeting of creditors to be held on the 27th inst. FINAL EXAMINATIONS. The 26th inst. was fixed for the last examination of J. W. Hutchison, and the 3rd July for that of William Meade, Henry Dillon, and Hugh Falconer. Re Thomas Bradley, of Tokomaibiro.—• The bankrupt was examined by Mr Macassey, who appeared on behalf of opposing creditors. Discharge suspended (or 12 months, discharges. There being no opposition in the following cases, final discharges were grantedJ. S. Willis, C. Goldammer, and C. 0. Armstrong.
