Alexander M‘Gregor was summoned on a charge of adding to a building in Gcorgesbreet without civing the required notice to the City Council to do so.- -Dismissed on payment of costs. OFFENCES AGAINST THE BYE-LAWS. Cornelius Bunbury was charged vih allowing three cows to wander in the old Botanical Gardens, and was lined 2s (id for each cow and costs.
