DRUNKENNESS. Donald MTunes and Rodger Furlong wore each fined ss; and AI Tunes was further fioed 30s for breaking a pane of window glass at the Crown Hotel. James Miller was remanded till to-morrow to give him an opportunity of proving that he was sober when arrested, as he alleges he was. THEFT, Henry Alaikham was sentenced to fourteen days’ hard labor for stealing glasses from the York Hotel. OBSCENE LANGUAGE. Aloss Moss v. Hugh Dc Bing.—Defendant was lined 10s and costs.
