He said that the report would he laid on the table on Thursday. d he following resolutions were passed : “ That, in the opinion of this Commission, it is advisable that the Goldfi Ids Wardens should be removed from district to district, at least once in throe years.” “ That transfers and sales of mining property should he exempt from the operation of the Stamp Act; that th Legislature should be urged lo this effect —am!, f iliug success, that a uniform duty of one shilling should be fixed on all transfers of mining interests.”
