Tmler, 10s; Mary Ss l hompson, 40s or 14 -days, James Rcdmayuc, being still in the hospital, was remanded for seven days. OBSCENE RANGE'G E. Joshua Eccles was fined L 5 or 14 days’ imprisonment; and on the information of liis wife was bound over to keep the peace for six months—himself in LlO, and one surety of LIO. THEFT. Margaret Robin-on alias Long Maggie was s nit.encrd to three months’ hard labor for stealing a quantity of brandy from the Adelaide Hold, Hanover street. James Aitken was sentenced to a month’s hard labor on each of the four charges to which he pleaded guilty on Monday last.
