May 8. (Before A. C, Strode, Esq.,;R.M.) Otago Daih/ Tim's and Witness Company v. Puller.—Ll Bs. Judgment for the plaintiffs by default for the amount. Sums v. W. McKinney.—For newspapers supplied, L 3 Is. Judgment for the plaintiffs for the amount with c Bacon and Myer v. Collins and Johnson was adjourned for a week, in consequence of it being necessary to take evidence at Queenstown. Several cases set down for hearing were struck out through non-appearance of the parties.
