Lothian. —A claim for LIOO, as compensation fur an all-ged assault. Mr Barton for the plaintiff; Mr Harris for the defendant. The case occupied the time of the Court for some hours, and the evidence for the defence had only begun when our reporter was compelled to leave the Court.
