This Pay. (Before His Worship the Mayor.) DRUNKENNESS. William Wiseman, Angus M‘Swan, John Pringle, and James Traloar were each lined f>3. James Green, having been locked up since Saturday, was discharged. OFFENCES AGAINST THE BYE-LAWS. James Ure Russell, for allowing a horse to wander, was fined 2s 6d and costs ; Wm, Mcnzies, allowing a cow to wander, 10s and costs; Francis Carey, hawking without a license, 2s 6d and costs. A charge of hawking without a license preferred against James Sanderson was dismissed.
