OFFENCES AUAINST THE BYE-DAWS, Angus .Boss and William Hawker were each tinel 2s 6d and costs for furious riding; John King 2s 6d for removing earth from York place; David Hunter, 2s Od and costs for building without a license. The following cases were dismissed with a caution. John Bowers, building without a license; Charles Hawker,.having no table of fares on his bus; and W. Barr, allowing a horse to stray.
