CHARGE OR WIFE DESERTION. John o‘Malloy, charged with deserting his wife and children and leaving them at Chi is church was re manded to Tuesday, and on a further charge of attempt to defraud Wd ian Banks, by inducing him to accept a bill for L3l through misrepresentation, was remanded to Wednesday.
