Waterworks Company v. Teague—Claim of 8s 2d. Judgment for plaintiffs. Same v. Win. Watson—L2 12s fid. As no notice of va nation had been served prior to tbe issue of the summons, the case was dismissed.
Same v, Neil—Ll. Judgment for plain, tiffs.
God o v. Headley—L3 16s, drinks supplied and cash le it. The claim for drinks was not allowed. Judgment for plaintiff Ll 16s and costs.
