Waata Taki broke into the mission house at Aoeta, and allowed the removal of the Rev, Mr Schnackenburg’s books. At the inquest on the fire on board the City of Auckland, an open verdict was returned. There is considerable excitement in the share market, but it is scarcely warranted.
