drunkenness. W. O’ Krien was fined ss. ASSAULTS,
Peter Lyle was charged with assaulting Ins wife. The complainant stated that her husband when intoxicated was in the habit of ill-using her. The case was adjourned to to-morrow to enable the complainant to produce additional evidence. Jane Alexander v. Janet Lodgers was a very trivial case. The defendant was nudeto I in costs.
Henry Forster v. Donald Sutherland was dismissed for non-appearance.
