Tins Day. (Before A. C. Strode, Esq., R.M.) Civil Cases. Judgment for the defendant was given in the case of Kelly v. Hawkins. Application for a re-heaving was made in the case of M‘Donald v. M’Briarly, and the case appointed to bo re-heard on Wednesday, January 4th, 1871. Staveloy and Co. v. Payne- - A claim for L6O 5g the amount of a dishonored bill with interest. Judgment by default for the plaintiff, with costs. Guthrie and Asher v. Johnson—Ll7 f)i 9d for timber supplied. Judgment by default for the plaintiff.
