Kneebone ; Mr James Mills, proposed by Mr James Pearce, seconded by Mr J. R. Jones; Mr Thomas Shatter Pratt, proposed by Mr James Mitchell, seconded by Mr William Souter; Mr A. R. Ure, proposed by Mr John Smith, seconded by Mr A. Valleutiue. The show of hands was as follows : Mills - - - - ■ 8 Pratt 6 Thompson - - - 5 Ure - - - - 3 A poll was demanded by Mr Thompson, and takes place on Thursday.
