James M‘Donald was charged with forging and uttering a cheque for L 5. The cate was adjourned to Monday. CHARGE OF USING THREATENING AND PROVOKING LANGUAGE. J, Dickenson was charged by his wife, Isabella Dickenson, with using la guage calculated to provoke a breach of the peace. The informant not being provided with witnesses to prove the language, the hearing of the case was postponed to Monday.
