- This Day. (Before A. C. Strode, Esq., R.M.) •' Civil Cases. Flexman v. Reeves.—L43 13s, for balance of account for goods supplied. Mr M'Keay for the plaintiff. The case was fully proved. Judgment for the plaintiff for the amount with costs. The case of Oliver and Ulph v. George.— A claim for L 29 17s 3d, was postponed for a fortnight. Ten cases were set down for hearing today, hut all, eypept the above, wore settled out of Court. Adjourned to Monday-
