Under the heading of a “ Lucky Cabby,” the Waiif/anui Chronicle of yesterday says Wo understand that Mr Cooper, solicitor, of this town, has communicated with his agents in England, relative to the claim of Mr William Francis Drake, of Wanganui, to the Drake Estates, at Xutwell Court, Devon ; Sir Thomas Trayton Fuller Elliott Drake, Bart., having died in the month of June last. The deceased Bart, was uncle to the present claimant, who, until lately, was a cabman at the Thames diggings.
